Lisa ShieldsPresident & Chief Executive Officer
Prior to her career pivot into the payment world 15 years ago, Lisa was a 'real' engineer. Assignments included development of geographic targeting applications to assist police investigators in pursuit of serial offenders, management of noise and vibration prediction and control software teams, and design and implementation of embedded real-time hydrodynamic submarine training software.
Lisa was a founding director of the Wireless Innovation Society of British Columbia, and speaks frequently on payment and technology issues with a personal interest in consumer remittances. She holds Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Engineering, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |

Peter BurridgeChief Commercial Officer
Peter Burridge started his career in the software industry and after enjoying great success in that arena, moved to the financial services industry in 2006 where he operated between London and Washington DC as the CEO of Travelex Global Business Payments, the world's largest non bank Foreign Exchange provider.
Before Travelex, Mr. Burridge held various executive positions at both Oracle and Siebel. He was President of Siebel Asia Pacific and Japan, and Senior Vice President of Sales at Oracle Asia Pacific.
Mr. Burridge has 20+ years experience in the areas of Technology, Business Solutions, Product Development, Sales and M&A, and is an active investor, board member and advisory board member to hyperWALLET Systems Inc. and FireScope. |

Bill CrowleyVice President, Product Development
He is responsible for all aspects of product development - from conceptual discussions, through internal development, and on to final commissioning. Prior to joining hyperWALLET, Bill was the Systems Operations Manager for an e-commerce company where he was responsible for leading the information technology team in the management of a complex distributed environment.
Bill received a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and has numerous additional technical and professional certifications. |

Gina KnightDirector, Treasury
She has over 15 years of international business experience and has held senior level positions in treasury, operations and bank management.
Most recently Gina served as COO for a technology start-up firm specializing in information solutions and services for mobile devices. Her previous experience also includes co-founding one of the first foreign-owned banks in Russia where she served as Chairman for six years.
Gina received an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and holds a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation with Mastery in Canadian Treasury. |

Jonathan KutnerGeneral Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
Jon is responsible for hyperWALLET's intellectual property portfolio, contracts, corporate and securities matters. Jon also oversees the compliance department and acts as general manager for the company's hyperREMIT consumer remittance division. Additional responsibilities include playing the point between the sales team, the operations team and the development team to ensure that new and established lines of business operate in conformance with applicable laws and regulations, and generally supporting the company's growth initiatives.
Jon started his legal career in the United States, where he represented two of the country's largest banks as an associate in the Charlotte, North Carolina office of an Am-Law 100 law firm. After moving to Vancouver, B.C., Jon articled and practiced as an associate with one of Canada's largest and most respected law firms, and worked as in-house counsel for a prominent international recruiting company serving businesses and governments around the globe.
Jon graduated with honors from Wake Forest University and received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Public Interest Law Journal. |
