Trace Fee: If a transaction trace is requested but proves to have been unwarranted, a fee will apply to the sender for the following regions:
- European countries/currencies (€25.00 EUR)
- Australia ($25.00 AUD)
- Singapore ($50.00 SGD)
There are no trace fees for any other countries.
Rejected Transaction Fees (€15.00 EUR): If a Euro transaction fails due to entering of invalid recipient bank account information, or the receiving bank cannot accept Euros, the sender will be charged a rejected transaction fee of €15.00 EUR. Please check with the recipient's bank to determine if their account can accept payments made in Euros prior to initiating a Euro funds transfer.
There are no rejected transaction fees for any other countries.
* hyperWALLET can only be funded from participating Canadian financial institutions.
** You can only transfer funds to a PayPal account. You cannot fund your hyperWALLET account using PayPal.
*** For transfers to the USA, US banks will charge incoming wire fees to the recipient. Either the sender or recipient should contact the destination US bank to determine wire charges.
**** Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and the time you initiated the transaction.
