Full-time Bilingual (English, French) Customer Service Specialist
hyperWALLET is seeking a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and motivated bilingual Customer Service Specialist who will enjoy working in our fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone & email support to end-users, financial institutions and business partners
  • Answer customer queries regarding our payment product/services, account sign up; online transactions and balance inquiries
  • Track inquiries to their resolution; escalate issues when necessary
  • Accurately process daily financial transactions and assist with risk management and transaction trace requests
  • Maintain and update Customer Service Manuals and Frequently Asked Questions

Required Skills and Experience
  • Fluent in English and French (oral & written)
  • Proven ability to handle challenging customers in a professional manner
  • Friendly, professional and outgoing personality
  • Experience with Internet, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Organized and ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrate initiative & desire to learn new tasks
  • Previous telephone customer service/call centre experience an asset
  • Must be able to work flexible hours; may include weekends
