Full-time Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities
- Provide telephone & email support to end-users, financial institutions and business partners
- Answer customer queries regarding our product/services, account sign up; online transactions and balance inquiries
- Track inquiries to their resolution; escalate issues when necessary
- Accurately process daily financial transactions and assist with risk management and transaction trace requests
- Maintain and update Customer Service Manuals and Frequently Asked Questions
Required Skills and Experience
- Fluent in English and French (oral & written)
- Proven ability to handle challenging customers in a professional manner
- Friendly, professional and outgoing personality
- Experience with Internet, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Organized and ability to multi-task
- Demonstrate initiative & desire to learn new tasks
- Previous telephone customer service/call centre experience an asset
- Must be able to work flexible hours; may include weekends
