Payment Network Growth

 

SEPA Credit Transfers
hyperWALLET recently announced our support for SEPA Credit Transfers across 32 countries in Europe. Our next softrware release will enable the platform with the SEPA network, bringing:

  • Faster settling time for Euro bank transfers: 1 business day or less, with no increase in cost!

  • 11 NEW Euro cashout locations: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland and the UK.
 


Network Expansions
The recent additions of Russia and Thailand* to our cashout network brings our list of direct deposit locations up to a total of 52 countries worldwide.

 

* Note: By law, bank transfers in Thailand must be processed through customer’s bank accounts.

 



Western Union - Quick Cash
Western Union has increased Quick Cash cashout limits to as much as $1,000 per transfer.

If your program would like to integrate Western Union as an additional cashout option - let us know!

 



 

Android Mobile App & New Mobile Dashboard

 

"Go Mobile" Dashboard
Inside the secure Pay Portal we will have a new area where your payees can learn more about their mobile options and configure their mobile phone settings, including:    

  • Setup mobile number, mobile PIN and SMS notifications
  • Download Apps for iPhone, iPad and Android
  • Android App soon to be available on Android Marketplace
  • Faster login with mobile number and mobile PIN
 


 

Simplified Activation Process

 

Pay Portal / Prepaid Card Activation
We have made it easier for your payees to activate their pay portal and prepaid card so they can quickly get access to their funds:

  • Fast online activation or IVR activation via telephone
  • Card activation reminders when payees login to account
  • One click auto-transfer to payee's card at time of activation

Coming soon: Inbound Payments

 

 

Direct Pay
hyperWALLET is adding a new service called Direct Pay that will allow your payees to purchase your products or services using:

  • Funds from their Pay Portal account

  • Funds from their bank account

  • A combination of both!

 

These new inbound payment methods will provide valuable alternatives to expensive credit card processing, since hyperWALLET only charges a small amount vs. 3% associated with a typical credit card processor.

 

 

Did you know?

Your payees can specify a minimum account balance that must be reached before an Auto Cashout is performed? 

 

This functionality can be found on the "Auto Cashout" page by clicking on >> Advanced Options
