Hyperwallet Adds In-Portal Live Chat to Enhance Payout Support Experience for Users
San Francisco, California – Hyperwallet, a leading global outbound payments provider to the new economy, today announced the launch of embedded live chat support on its platform. This new feature will enable users to connect with Hyperwallet’s payout support experts via instant message from directly within their payment portal.
According to a recent consumer survey conducted by research firm Econsultancy, live chat support has the highest satisfaction levels for any customer service channel (73%), beating out both e-mail (61%) and phone (44%). Of the respondents who reported that they prefer live chat, the majority (79%) said that it was because they had their questions answered immediately, and roughly half (46%) said that it was the most efficient method of communication.
“When it comes to their earnings, workers don’t want to be put on hold,” said Brent Warrington, Hyperwallet’s CEO. “By adding live chat alongside our other support options, we’re ensuring that Hyperwallet users can get the payout support that they need quickly and conveniently.”
Live chat functionality was enabled for Hyperwallet’s white label clients on April 26th. The feature will roll out to remaining customers before the end of Q2 2016.
