Today, I’m excited to announce that our company has signed an agreement to join the PayPal family (we expect the transaction will close in the fourth quarter of 2018). Combining forces with PayPal will not just enhance our payout solutions but enable us to provide an integrated suite of payment capabilities to ecommerce platforms and marketplaces almost anywhere in the world. Today, we are one step closer to achieving our vision of paying the planet.
